About

The Itabashi Fireworks Festival is one of Tokyo's largest and most celebrated summer fireworks events, held annually along the Arakawa River. The festival features approximately 15,000 fireworks in a spectacular joint display with the neighboring Toda Fireworks Festival. Visitors can enjoy breathtaking fireworks, including Tokyo's largest "Shakudama" shells and the famous 700-meter-long Niagara Falls fireworks, along with food stalls, cultural festivities, and vibrant riverside views. The venue is easily accessible from Takashimadaira, Nishidai, Hasune, and Ukima-Funado stations, making it a popular destination for both locals and tourists.
